Removing Cydia's SHSH Caching Server to fix 3194 error:

- Download TinyUmbrella from http://thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com
- Launch it.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab.
- Uncheck "Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit"
- Click on "Apply Changes"
- Reboot your PC/Mac.
