Speed requirements for 4G service set the peak download speed at 100 Mbit/s for high mobility communication (such as from trains and cars) and 1 Gbit/s for low mobility communication (such as pedestrians and stationary users).
Show me a 4g device that can do that.
I'll tell you why. Because your 4G phone is on a network that doesn't have 4G yet. AT&T sucks. Duh. Losing.
I guess the iPhone is using PerPageHTML+ (Cydia) - never tried it, but it looks kinda nice...
