I don't think if they have the unlock at all. Even in case of 3G/S, they couldn't crack the new baseband. All they did was a workaround. It seems like Apple has finally nailed them down.

It was the same with sat tv in Europe. For many years hackers were hacking coding systems and published keys for free. Then they found out a way of sharing decoding keys over Internet for money and now free tv sat is over. Why say you have an unlock when clearly there never was any. I am sure you have ideas how to exploit it but to say it will be released after 4.3 and then drop the bomb that you are only half way done with the code. Come on guys.
